This anomaly exists for each minion type (Elementals is only one example).
All heroes referencing specific minion types (for example Ysera) are banned when those minion types are not available due to this anomaly.
The hero Rat King and the minions Menagerie Mug, Menagerie Jug, Reef Explorer, and Living Constellation are also banned when this anomaly is active.

When this Anomaly is active, the number of each minion in the pool is increased to fill out the Tavern: 5x the number of each minion of the selected type and 2x the number of each Neutral minion.
The variant Oops, All Pirates! has one extra adjustment: Cap'n Hoggarr is added to the minion pool
All the regular neutral minions (like Titus Rivendare) will also be available in the Tavern.
