Tournaments
Lobby Legends was redesigned for 2023. Only three big championships, each with a prize pool of $50,000 will be played. The original announcement from Blizzard can be found here.
In theory, everyone can qualify for the championships. The first qualification gate is securing enough points for finishing high on the official regional leaderboards (Americas, Asia-Pacific or Europe) at the end of each month for a period of three months successively.
The top 4 players from each region (by accumulated points) and the 4 players with most points from any region, will battle it out over two days in the semi-finals (two groups with three rounds each) and the finals (the remaining 8 players would play lobbies until someone has accumulated 20 points and then wins a lobby).
Lobby Legends #12 (“Fall Championships” at 14/15.10.2023) Top 8 after 6 lobbies
Patch 27.4.3 with all anomalies active and the newest hero Thorim, Stormlord was played. Also, heroes had low MMR armor values as well as low MMR anomaly selection, and streamer-mode was enabled (meaning players were unable to see which hero was played by whom).

Originally Lobby Legends was a monthly esports series by Blizzard, started in early 2022 and supported with a total prize pool of $500,000. Basic information can be found on the official website.
In theory, everyone could qualify for the finals. The first qualification gate was securing a spot in the top 16 of one of the official regional leaderboards (Americas, Asia-Pacific or Europe) at the end of the month. Usually 3-4 weeks later a top 48 tournament with the qualified players from all three regions would take place. To advance further, one had to reach top 4 out of 8 (8 players per group) after three rounds of BGs, twice.
After that the LL main event happened, where the 12 remaining players and 4 qualifiers from China were battling it out over two days in the semi-finals (two groups with three rounds each) and the finals (the remaining 8 players would play lobbies until someone has accumulated 20 points and then wins a lobby).
Lobby Legends #1 (“Raid Leaders” at 02/03.04.2022) Top 8 after 5 lobbies

Lobby Legends #5 (“Magic of Azeroth” at 04/05.09.2022) Top 8 after 8 lobbies
Patch 24.2.1 with quests/rewards, a Demon revamp and brand-new minions like Tea Master Theotar, Rendle and Tortollan Blue Shell, was played. Also, a controversy arose in lobby number 5, when Ribapusa was in a tournament winning position but the lobby server crashed (a too well known bug) with only 3 players left alive. The ruling was a no-score and a fresh lobby start, resulting in the longest Lobby Legends yet, and Ribapusa only finishing third.
