Tier 7 can be accessed through any normal means (upgrading the Tavern, getting triples, Patient Scout, etc.). When Tier 7 is active, there are five copies of each Tier 7 minion that's in that game's minion pool.
The base upgrade cost for Tier 7 is 10 Gold (the same as for Tier 6).

This anomaly is 5 times as common to be active as any other anomaly. Read up on the special Tier 7 minions to be prepared.
Only 14 different minions (one of each minion type, three neutral minions and Amalgadon) with 5 copies each are on Tier 7.
